Eve and I made cous cous salads today. Because we feel chubby.
Which one do you think is better?!
Eve's Salad:
cous cous
steamed baby marrow
roasted butternut, garlic, carrots and onions
Lauren's Salad:
cous cous
beetroot
cucumber
spring onion
chickpeas
black olives
flat parsley
(feta added per serving)

Tough decision but I think ultimately, Lauren you're the winner.
You lost me with the chickpeas... almost got me back with the olives, but Eve gets my vote.
Eve's salad looks eatable.....I vote for eve.
I choose the "Lauren salad" because I like the feta option and the colour of beetroot
