Eat at Blossom
It's that time again!
Blossom is having an exhibtion and this month, the topic is "Eat".
I will be selling tea cosies, some original pen and ink drawings and I just may bake some cookies!

WARNING!
Last night I thought I'd pick out some buttons to put on my new scarfletts and as I picked up my big glass jar of buttons, it slipped out of my hands and onto the concrete floor with a symphony of buttons, shards of glass and smashy sounds echoing all around the room. It was beautiful for about 3 seconds...then I realised I had to pick up all my precious buttons amongst the shards of glass. I promised myself I'd continue until I cut myself, which I did, on the cuticle of my left ring finger, only to realise that I don't own plasters and had to wrap a piece of detol soaked cotton wool around my finger with some plaster tape.
This is the note I left for my housemate.
Kraft
We had Kraft last week Saturday at the Book Lounge where a whole bunch of us ladies get together for a knit, sew and crochet. I forgot my camera again, but luckily Heather brought hers and blogged a couple of pics of me knitting there. I learnt how to crochet...kinda but I don't find it as satisfying as knitting...I think I want to move into cross stitch soon. I think I also need a trip to the hygenist...
Fabric
I went off to the charity shop last week to drop off some old clothes and I came across this cool piece of fabric.
I think I may make a bag from it...
Brownie Ballet Guilt
Found this image and it reminded me that I hadn't been to ballet in 2 weeks and then I felt guilty because I'd done no exercise at all...and I baked chocolate brownies the other night...and ate them with cream...and I ate the batter!!!

Type and Some Thought
Here is something I read in the Iching that really resonated with me.
Made a nice little type study out of it.

So! Since property has been on my mind of late, I seem to be drawing buildings again!
However, these aren't my usual little broekie lace houses, these are temples of love!
I did them all last night and I didn't realise it was so late when I eventually stopped...5:00am
So, here they are!
