Today I'm not a nice person.
My throat hurts.
My new flat has a million things broken in it and I'm moving in tomorrow morning.
My cat seems to be injured.
The bin men didn't collect my garbage on Monday.
I feel uninspired.
I have to pack up the whole house into boxes tonight.
Pass the whiskey.
(Oh right, I have none, someone drank it all at my house cooling...)
I'm so excited about this years Matjiesfontein show n tell, it'd being held over the same weekend as my birthday! Even though it's only in October, but entries are open to book!!
Go over to the Matjiesfontein blog to see my video I made as well as what the show n tell is all about.
Two of my favourite bands are playing at the Deer Park cafe next week Friday (24th April)
It should promise to be a fantastic night out.
I really like the poster..reminds me of this artist...who's name I don't know
Oh my oh my!
Look at this beautiful
Moffat Stove(I just copied and pasted that and it looks nice...so I'll leave it all big like that..)
Anyway, it's for sale at R8000 on the Gumtree here.
If i had that kinda cash hanging around, I'd buy it in a heartbeat!
Leila and I are moving out of our home at the end of the month and so we thought we'd have a little house cooling to send housey off...
I hand drew the type for the invitation.
Which reminds me, I suppose I'll have to make a going away window message!!
Here's a little apartment that I drew...
I've been tagged by Jezze as a Kreativ Blogger!

2: Making stuff.
3: Tea and anything to do with tea.
4: Pretending that I'm in a movie.
5: Rubbing my eyes really hard before going to sleep.
6: Thai Green Curry! And anything with chillies.
7: Dancing in the dark by myself.

A couple of weeks a go someone dropped a letter into my post box!
There was a note saying how much tey loved my window messages as well as a poem by Michael Leunig. Then, I put a "Thank You" message up in the window and the other day I received another letter, this one with an intensely illustrated envelope and a little paper cut of my cats sitting in the window!! I love it, it also had a full page of long hand writing of another poem!! All to do with magic.
Thank you window adrmirer!!
I went to the "In No Particular Order" opening the other night at Hello Again and I bought a "Make Stuff" tee, another t-shirt by one of the featured artists as well as an illustration of a whale hunter by Michael!
Here is a pic of the tee I bought and one of me getting excited about the featured work with Michael.
